Bald Knob native Eric Ladd has been promoted to colonel in the Arkansas National Guard. Eric graduated with honors in 1990 from Bald Knob High School and for the last 23 years has served in a variety of assignments in the 77tg Combat Aviation Brigade.
Eric and his wife, Lisa, have three children together, Morgan, Matthew and Marissa. They currently reside in Benton, Arkansas.
